Job Summary: We are seeking a Senior Scrum Master to work on a strategic project, focused on facilitating agile ceremonies, removing impediments, and promoting agile culture. Key Highlights: 1. Learning-oriented, innovative, and high-performance environment We are looking for a Senior Scrum Master to work on a strategic project related to Tax Reform. Facilitate agile ceremonies (Daily Stand\-up, Sprint Planning, Sprint Review, Retrospective); Address impediments that may impact team performance; Ensure application of Scrum practices and values, promoting continuous improvement; Support the Product Owner in backlog definition and refinement; Monitor agile metrics and provide reports on team progress; Foster agile culture across the organization and engage stakeholders in the process; Facilitate communication and collaboration among team members and other departments; Identify opportunities for improvement and drive evolution of agile processes; Promote a learning-oriented, innovative, and high-performance environment. 100% Remote Work Equipment pickup and onboarding on the first day of work at the client's office in Alphaville \- Barueri/SP. The candidate must reside in the state of SP. Requirements: * Proven experience as a Scrum Master; * Solid knowledge of agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban, SAFe, LeSS); * Skills in facilitating agile teams and resolving conflicts; * Experience using agile management tools (Azure DevOps); * Excellent communication and leadership skills; * Ability to adapt and thrive in dynamic environments; * Scrum Master certifications (CSM, PSM or equivalents) are a plus; * Knowledge of agile metrics (Velocity, CFD, Lead Time, Cycle Time);
