Description
**Job Mission:**
Support, implement, and maintain the Quality Management System, assist in document generation and control, monitor and test products, indicators, and deadlines, and support internal departments in ensuring compliance with standards and processes. Proactively identify risks and propose continuous improvements to enhance our efficiency and customer satisfaction.
**Key Responsibilities:**
* Perform inspections and tests on products to ensure compliance with quality standards.
* Identify nonconformities and propose corrective and preventive actions.
* Participate in project follow-up meetings to ensure quality from the conception phase through to product delivery.
* Prepare quality reports and present results to the team.
* Conduct internal audits to verify compliance with procedures and quality standards.
* Schedule and deliver training for all employees on Quality Management System activities, aiming to disseminate knowledge and facilitate program implementation.
* Draft, review, and format Quality Management System documents (procedures, forms, flowcharts, datasheets, etc.).
* Monitor measuring equipment and instruments to ensure timely calibration updates.
* Complete forms, documents, and questionnaires required for the approval process of our products by our customers, as needed.
* Organize, distribute, and control revisions and copies of quality documents to ensure they are always available and up-to-date.
* Record internally identified nonconformities or those arising from external complaints.
* Address and track internal and customer nonconformity reports (NCRs).
* Respond promptly and clearly to quality-related requests.
**Main Products We Manufacture:**
* Nylon cable ties
* PVC trunking for electrical installations
* Spiral tubes
**Requirements:**
* Completed high school education;
* Technical course in quality or related fields is desirable;
* Metrology course or related fields is desirable;
* Proven experience working in the quality field;
* Prior experience in the plastic industry’s quality area is a plus.
**Compensation:**
* Fixed salary: R$ 3\.500,00
**Working Hours:**
Monday to Thursday: 7:30 AM to 5:30 PM, with a 1-hour lunch break.
Friday: 7:30 AM to 4:30 PM, with a 1-hour lunch break.
