Own a motorcycle and hold a Class A driver's license Experience as a site supervisor, with specific focus on waterproofing of slabs, swimming pools, façades, wet areas, and foundations. Proficiency in various waterproofing systems and ability to read technical drawings. On-site supervision (client sites); external work from Monday to Friday, 7:00 AM to 5:00 PM. Supervise construction projects by monitoring the execution of waterproofing works, ensuring compliance with technical standards. Team management: coordinate masons and applicators, assign tasks, train staff, and ensure workplace safety. Drawing interpretation: review structural and waterproofing drawings to prepare surfaces (leveling, rounded corners, drains) prior to application. Quality control: perform watertightness tests (water ponding test) and on-site area measurements. Materials management: monitor material consumption and inventory (membranes, primers, chemical products), and verify equipment maintenance (torches, mixers). Reporting and communication: report progress and potential non-conformities to the manager.
