We seek disciplined, responsible, and technically meticulous professionals who adapt well to field routines in remote environments, can follow operational procedures, rigorously observe safety requirements, and execute specialized services with quality, productivity, and socio-environmental compliance. **Work Location:** Triunfo do Xingu Recovery Unit (URTX) \- Triunfo do Xingu Environmental Protection Area (APA), with mobilization via São Félix do Xingu/PA. **Work Type:** On-site, full-time field work, requiring availability for travel, operational stays, and working hours aligned with operational routines. **Key Responsibilities:** * Execute specialized field operations, including herbicide and ant killer application per technical guidance, operational preparation, transportation, calibration, verification, and proper use of sprayers and application accessories. * Construct, renovate, and maintain rural fences, including installation of posts and stakes, wire fastening and tensioning, access points, and functional repairs necessary for field structure conservation. * Support operational front supply, input distribution, and material and team transportation, including light vehicle operation when formally authorized, licensed, and compliant with internal operational rules. * Fully comply with instructions from the Field Supervisor and technical team, observing approved areas, dosages, methods, environmental restrictions, weather conditions, safety standards, and applicable quality requirements for each activity. * Ensure correct use of PPE, tools, sprayers, vehicles, and other provided materials, immediately reporting any malfunction, deviation, leakage, hazard, incident, non-conformance, or maintenance need to leadership. * Contribute to the organization, cleanliness, conservation, and smooth progress of service fronts, supporting various plots and operational demands with a collaborative attitude, field discipline, and commitment to URTX outcomes. **Requirements:** * Completed elementary education; high school completion or proven field/farm experience in ecological restoration, rural fencing, intensive maintenance, or related activities is desirable. * Proven field/farm and specialized operational experience, especially in spraying, targeted pesticide application, rural fence construction, structural maintenance, and technical-operational field support. * Valid AB-category driver’s license, appropriate for operating light vehicles in operational routines, subject to internal authorizations and applicable safety conditions. * Practical knowledge of spraying, including preparation, calibration, inspection, operation, and basic maintenance of sprayers, as well as attention to safety, hygiene, decontamination, and drift prevention procedures. * Ability to follow technical guidance, respect approved areas, environmental restrictions, minimum quality standards, and operational procedures related to herbicide, ant killer, and other specialized activities. * Physical fitness suitable for walking on uneven terrain, exposure to weather conditions, manual handling of materials, continuous PPE use, and performing tasks in remote rural environments. * Responsible, disciplined, detail-oriented profile, with good teamwork skills, care for equipment, commitment to safety, and willingness to work on-site in the field with operational stays and internal travel. **Advantages:** The following will be considered advantages for this position: * Experience in ecological restoration projects, degraded area recovery, silviculture, operational chemical control, fencing, or environmental conservation. * Experience in operational fronts located in remote areas, involving intensive field routines, logistical support, production targets, and integration with multidisciplinary teams. * Prior knowledge of application equipment inspection, leaf-cutter ant control, functional fence maintenance, and safe vehicle operation on rural roads. * Availability for immediate start and adaptation to URTX’s operational dynamics.
