We are seeking a Delivery Engineer to bring your talent to Noventiq Latam. **Responsibilities** Participation in cloud project delivery (CLOUD, primarily Microsoft), including architecture design, implementation, and support. Effective collaboration with engineering teams, project managers, and colleagues from headquarters to ensure successful project delivery. Contribution to continuous improvement by sharing knowledge and suggesting process enhancements. Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues during and after deployments. Automate deployment processes to improve efficiency and reduce errors. Collaborate with internal teams (pre-sales, project managers, support teams) to ensure smooth project execution. Stay up-to-date with emerging technologies and best practices. TECHNICAL SKILLS* Microsoft Azure (Mandatory) * Microsoft 365 (Mandatory) * Google Cloud Platform (GCP) * Amazon Web Services (AWS) TECHNICAL KNOWLEDGE* Projects involving: Office 365, Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, Microsoft 365 Security, Intune, Defender for Office 365, Secure Score, and Sentinel; * Microsoft Defender (all products) * Strong VM knowledge (management and troubleshooting); * Strong knowledge of Active Directory (AD) and ADFS for identity; * Performance analysis and troubleshooting of cloud-based and on-premises infrastructure solutions; * Basic networking skills, including understanding of IPv4, IPv6, subnets, and L2-L3 network operations. Familiarity with network troubleshooting principles.
