We are the pathway to a better career and future. \# \#SomosLear LEAR is hiring a **Senior Quality Analyst** focused on new project development and supplier quality management. **Job Description** ------------------- **Responsibilities:** * Support new project development and approval of new components * Validate products and processes using tools such as PPAP * Conduct supplier audits and assess capability to meet requirements * Perform root cause analysis and lead corrective and preventive actions * Support plants in improving supplier performance * Monitor tooling and process development with suppliers * Track internal and external quality metrics * Comply with quality standards and requirements (IATF, customers, and corporate) **Requirements** -------------- **Requirements:** * Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Quality, Production, or related fields * Experience in quality with focus on suppliers and project development * Knowledge of quality tools: APQP, PPAP, FMEA, SPC, MSA, Control Plans, MASP (8D) * Familiarity with IATF 16949 standard and audits (VDA 6\.3 preferred) * Experience in root cause analysis and problem resolution * Intermediate English proficiency (a plus for career advancement) * Strong communication skills, hands\-on mindset, and ability to engage with internal and external stakeholders
