The challenge involves **analyzing and resolving recurring issues**, as well as developing **enhancements and automations** to increase process efficiency and operational reliability. We seek a professional with **solid experience in the TOTVS ecosystem**, an analytical mindset, and a consultative vision to participate in the platform’s continuous evolution and help build robust business solutions. **Your responsibilities will include:** * **Analyzing business requirements** and proposing technical solutions within the **TOTVS Protheus** environment. * **Developing, maintaining, and enhancing customizations** using **ADVPL, TL\+\+ and MVC**. * Supporting the maintenance and evolution of the **Financial (SIGAFIN)** and **Billing (SIGAFAT)** modules. * **Developing integrations** between Protheus and corporate systems via **REST APIs and SOAP WebServices**. * Performing **testing, user acceptance testing (UAT), and deployment** of enhancements. * Supporting **ERP version upgrades, migrations, and evolution projects**. * Preparing technical and functional documentation for developed solutions. * **Identifying and resolving issues**, driving continuous improvement of processes. **What you need to have:** * **Solid experience with TOTVS Protheus.** * **Advanced knowledge of ADVPL** and customization development. * Experience with the **SIGAFIN (Financial)** and **SIGAFAT (Billing)** modules. * Knowledge of the **MVC Framework**, Protheus architecture, **Configurator**, and **APSDU**. * Experience with **integrations using REST APIs and SOAP WebServices**. * Knowledge of **SQL Server, Oracle or PostgreSQL**. * Experience in **SQL query modeling and optimization**. * **Completed undergraduate degree** in Technology-related fields. **Nice-to-have qualifications:** * Knowledge of **Fluig** and other solutions within the TOTVS ecosystem. * Experience in **Protheus implementation or upgrade projects**. * Familiarity with **financial processes, billing, cash flow, and bank reconciliation**. * Experience with **banking integrations (CNAB, PIX, Open Finance, and banking APIs)**. * **TOTVS Protheus certifications.** * Experience in **medium- or large-complexity financial and billing projects**.
