. **Responsibilities and assignments** * Develop and maintain ETL (Extract, Transform, Load) processes; * Build and optimize data pipelines for analytical consumption; * Model and transform data originating from diverse source systems; * Ensure data process quality, performance, and sustainability; * Monitor workloads and pursue operational efficiency with focus on cost and performance; * Work on data modeling and mining to support analyses and segmentation; * Document processes, workflows, and technical deliverables; * Collaborate with analysts, data scientists, engineers, and business units; * Support integration and development of new team members; * Identify opportunities for continuous improvement in internal processes. **Requirements and qualifications** * Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or related fields; * Experience with ETL processes; * Proficiency in SQL and Python; * Knowledge of relational and non-relational databases; * Experience in data analysis, indicator monitoring, and development of analytical studies; * Technical English for reading and understanding documentation. * Preferred: Knowledge of Data Lake; experience with Apache Spark; experience in data engineering projects within high-volume information environments; familiarity with best practices in data governance, quality, and architecture.
