With courage and dedication, we established ourselves in the transportation industry and, today, have expanded our operations and created diverse solutions across Brazil through the six companies that comprise our Group—positioning us as one of the country’s leading and largest logistics groups and a reference in the sector. **Responsibilities and duties** * Act as the focal point in client relationships, ensuring alignment and agility in communications; * Maintain direct interface with drivers, schedulers, Risk Management Team (GRS), and dispatch; * Monitor and support logistics operations, ensuring adherence to deadlines and service quality; * Manage operational demands, resolve incidents, and ensure process fluidity; * Assist in organizing and prioritizing operational activities; * Contribute to continuous improvement of processes and communication among involved departments; * Work on extended coverage shifts, including night shifts, as required by operational needs. **Requirements and qualifications** * Prior experience in logistics operations, transportation, or related fields; * Experience in client service and operational demand management; * Strong communication skills and ability to interact effectively with diverse stakeholders; * Organizational, prioritization, and problem-solving capabilities; * Basic knowledge of dispatch, scheduling, and risk management routines is a plus; * Availability to work night shifts; * Completed high school education (a college degree in related fields is a plus).
