Manage, guide, schedule, and monitor the team; 2\. Mitigate risks of errors and failures in information generation and sharing; 3\. Minimize the likelihood of errors and failures in team procedures/processes; 4\. Ensure that processes and procedures aimed at improvement opportunities—through innovation—are implemented; 5\. Ensure that improvement/general projects are executed within scope and schedule; 6\. Communicate with other company departments regarding projects and routine activities; 7\. Ensure optimal utilization of human resources and that other resources (mass campaigns, digital channels, and dialer) are applied as planned; 8\. Guarantee and maintain team development (Individual Development Plans, feedback, training, and best practices) and monitor team progress; 9\. Ensure a safe, healthy, and encouraging environment (psychologically and methodologically) for the entire team; 10\. Maintain solid and healthy relationships with clients (internal/external); 11\.
