Viter is Votorantim Cimentos’ agricultural inputs business unit. The brand is the market leader in agricultural limestone sales in Brazil and the only one with nationwide presence. With the purpose of unlocking and sustaining the soil’s maximum potential, its products have guaranteed origin, and the brand provides technical assistance for soil analysis and understanding. Viter operates across five product lines: ITAÚ Fyller and conventional limestone; Calfértil, calcium and magnesium oxides; Optmix, an industrialized, homogeneous mixture of limestone and gypsum; Sungard, a sunscreen for leaves and fruits; and Granumax V, a granulated fertilizer. **Responsibilities and Duties**
Supervise and control various stages of the production process, supporting operators/technicians;
Ensure adherence to production programs and compliance with SSMA (Safety, Health, Environment, and Quality), Quality, and Cost standards;
Supervise production process activities. Size up/instruct teams, conduct work meetings, guide and resolve operational issues;
Carry out assigned responsibilities in accordance with operational standards and applicable regulations for the area of operation;
Evaluate activities performed within the area of responsibility, implementing improvements and standardizing execution when necessary;
Maintain performance indicators aligned with pre-established targets through systematic monitoring and evaluation of productivity, quality, cost, and other relevant indicators, enabling preventive or corrective actions.
**Requirements and Qualifications**
Bachelor’s degree completed in Business Administration, Production Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related field;
Knowledge of Manufacturing Operational Procedures relevant to the area of operation;
Pragmatism, Alliance Mindset, and Owner Mindset.
