More information at www.viteragro.com.br. **Responsibilities and Duties** Supervise and control various stages of the production process, supporting operators/technicians; Ensure adherence to production programs and compliance with SSMA (Safety, Health, Environment, and Quality), Quality, and Cost standards; Supervise production process activities. Size up/instruct teams, conduct work meetings, guide and resolve operational issues; Carry out assigned responsibilities in accordance with operational standards and applicable regulations for the area of operation; Evaluate activities performed within the area of responsibility, implementing improvements and standardizing execution when necessary; Maintain performance indicators aligned with pre-established targets through systematic monitoring and evaluation of productivity, quality, cost, and other relevant indicators, enabling preventive or corrective actions. **Requirements and Qualifications** Bachelor’s degree completed in Business Administration, Production Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related field; Knowledge of Manufacturing Operational Procedures relevant to the area of operation; Pragmatism, Alliance Mindset, and Owner Mindset. **Additional Information** We value all forms of diversity and encourage you to learn more about this opportunity below.
