Join our story! **Responsibilities and Duties** * Provide customer service via WhatsApp and telephone, scheduling consultations, exams, and procedures; * Check doctors' schedule availability; * Enter appointments into the system; * Confirm information provided by pet guardians and pets; * Deliver procedural instructions; * Confirm scheduled appointments; * Prepare quotations when required; * Perform other duties related to this area. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Prior experience in customer service roles; * Preferred: experience in hospital scheduling; * Completed high school education; * Basic computer skills; * Strong verbal and written communication skills; * Humanized service approach; * Problem-solving and conflict-resolution abilities. **Additional Information** With employee well-being in mind, \+Pet offers the following benefits: * Meal allowance; * Transportation allowance; * Life insurance; * Education assistance; * Discounts on \+Pet products and services.
