Click here to learn more! **Job Description** --------------------- Responsible for analyzing, planning, and controlling the operation’s logistics processes, ensuring operational flow efficiency, SLA compliance, data accuracy, and fulfillment of customer requirements. Support leadership through analyses, KPIs, and continuous improvement initiatives. **Requirements** -------------- * Bachelor’s degree completed or in progress in Logistics, Business Administration, Engineering, Supply Chain, or related fields. * Experience in logistics operations. * Intermediate/advanced Excel skills. * Knowledge of KPIs and management reporting. * Familiarity with WMS, SAP, Power BI, and continuous improvement is preferred. * Must reside in Santos, São Vicente, Cubatão, or Praia Grande. * Flexibility regarding working hours We seek professionals with an analytical mindset, attention to detail, and passion for data—individuals who look beyond reports and actively contribute to operational performance. **Responsibilities** --------------------- Monitor and control the operation’s logistics processes. * Develop and analyze operational and management KPIs. * Create reports, presentations, and dashboards to support decision-making. * Monitor SLAs, productivity, backlog, and operational performance. * Conduct critical analyses and propose process improvements. * Act as the interface between customers, operations, and support departments. * Track operational incidents and action plans. * Handle systemic issues involving WMS, SAP, TMS, or similar systems. * Participate in continuous improvement and operational excellence projects. * Comply with operational procedures and adhere to DHL Supply Chain policies and standards, including those related to HSE, Quality, and the Code of Conduct.
