




Job Summary: We are seeking an SEO & Analytics professional to strengthen our digital presence, support data-driven strategic decisions, and lead continuous optimization of our corporate website and client websites. If you have an analytical mindset, expertise in SEO, and enjoy working with metrics, this role is for you! **Responsibilities and Duties** **Activity Description:** * Solid experience in technical and strategic SEO (on\-page, off\-page, mobile, speed, schema, etc.); * Proficiency with tools such as Google Search Console, GA4, SEMrush, Ahrefs, Screaming Frog, and similar; solid knowledge of Hubspot; * Ability to act as a bridge between technical and creative teams, translating strategy into action; * Skill in client-facing work, translating needs into clear and effective solutions; * Lead continuous optimization of MZ’s corporate website, applying best practices in technical and content SEO; * Be a reference on AI-powered search trends (e.g., SGE – Search Generative Experience) and advise clients and internal teams on the impact of these changes; * Develop and implement strategies for client websites, ensuring performance, UX-oriented design, and measurable results; * Coordinate digital marketing strategies, with a special focus on SEO, organic performance, and positioning; * Provide strategic client account management for MZ’s client portfolio, focusing on digital reputation, visibility, and value generation; * Monitor KPIs and prepare performance reports, proposing data-driven action plans; * Integrate efforts with branding, content, design, and product teams to ensure brand consistency and alignment. **Requirements and Qualifications** **Education:** * Marketing, Advertising, Communications, Business Administration, Engineering, Computer Science, or related fields.
