We assign employees to the units closest to their residences.

**Position Summary**
Responsible for enhancing product visibility by ensuring products are placed in premium locations and maintained in appropriate, hygienic conditions, as well as executing merchandising activities to promote product sales.

Attend sales meetings to align goals, understand strategic campaigns, and promotional initiatives.
Visit route customers according to the defined schedule, organizing daily operational follow-ups.
Collect merchandising materials from the warehouse and replace them at points of sale, keeping displays updated and organized per the success photo.
Collect obsolete market materials for disposal in accordance with company policy.
Launch new campaigns, promotions, product launches, and extra spaces (banners, posters, banners, etc.).
Guide and train customers (store owners/managers and stock replenishers) on brand layout execution, equipment usage, and extra point setup per the execution manual, marketing activities, and promotional campaigns.
Rotate products.
Identify and segregate non-conforming products and place them in designated areas for exchange.
Monitor competitors' activities and report findings to developers and supervisors.
Collect proprietary and competitor advertising flyers.
Identify and inform immediate supervisors about improper use of visual branding (e.g., illuminated signs inconsistent with current campaigns).
Notify the responsible party upon task completion and verify whether any pending items remain.
Set up and organize Coca-Cola products in extra points and strategic store locations (as directed by the sales representative/customer).
Collect and dispose of leftover materials after equipment setup and product organization in the store’s sales area.
Restock company products on islands, gondolas, shelves, refrigerators, counters, and other points of sale, positioning them as instructed to highlight them for sale;
Rotate various products, checking expiration dates and prices, removing damaged items, and requesting exchanges for irregular items to ensure inventory integrity; affix promotional, pricing, and campaign posters in strategic locations at points of sale, as well as set up displays, gondolas, and other materials to promote products; seek optimal product placement by observing strategic points to improve product visibility; report irregularities, stock shortages, competitor activities, and other market data to leadership to support decision-making; keep customers informed about products, promotions, events, and other updates to ensure effective communication between the company and customers; safeguard the integrity of equipment (refrigerators, racks, etc.) provided on consignment to points of sale; perform other duties related to the position.

* Completed High School Education
Owning a car and holding a valid driver’s license is a plus
