Simple consultative diagnosis and CRM registration A financial institution is seeking a Sales Development Representative in Campinas (Parque Li). **Responsibilities:** Prospect and engage leads via WhatsApp, phone, and CRM. Conduct initial outreach to inbound and outbound leads. Follow defined scripts and commercial processes. Perform simple consultative diagnostics. Qualify leads according to defined criteria (SQL). Accurately record all interactions in the CRM (PipeRun). Schedule meetings for the sales team when applicable. Collaborate closely with marketing and sales teams. Meet contact, qualification, and conversion targets.
