**Job Summary** -------------------- The webMethods Analyst will be responsible for developing, supporting, and maintaining integrations using the webMethods and webMethods.io platforms. They will collaborate with external partners and internal business units to design, implement, and sustain integrations aligned with client requirements. Additionally, the candidate is expected to understand and utilize the B2B and Integration modules of webMethods.io to build and manage integrations, ensuring stability, scalability, and operational efficiency. **Key Responsibilities** --------------------- * Develop and maintain integrations using webMethods Flow Services, Workflows, and webMethods.io. * Support and resolve production incidents, implementing fixes and improvements for on\-premises and cloud-based integrations. * Use webMethods Designer and other platform tools for integration maintenance and enhancement. * Represent the webMethods team to clients, supporting their understanding of integration processes and maintenance of existing integrations. * Develop and maintain tools and scripts used by the team for automation, optimization, and continuous process improvement. * Participate in internal projects and client initiatives aimed at expanding and evolving the webMethods platform. * Ensure technical documentation and promote knowledge transfer among team members. * Prepare agile reports for management, RTE, and the team. * Collaborate with the team on agile practices, including Scrum ceremonies and Program Increment (PI) Planning. **Required Technical Skills** ------------------------------------- * Development in webMethods using Flow language via Designer. * Development in webMethods.io using Flow Services and Workflows. * Knowledge of network topologies, protocols, and network services, including: + DNS + HTTPS (including APIs) + SSH + FTPS and SFTP + SMTP * Experience with release management and CI/CD concepts using GitHub. * Basic Linux knowledge for supporting webMethods servers and performing maintenance procedures. * Strong verbal and written communication skills in English, including presentation abilities. * Ability to work independently and collaboratively while meeting defined deadlines and schedules. **Desired Skills** -------------------------- * Cloud computing knowledge. * Familiarity with modern authentication methods such as OAuth and SAML. * Basic knowledge of Microsoft SQL Server and SQL. * Basic SAP knowledge. **Expected Proficiency Level** ---------------------------------- * Experience supporting applications and monitoring environments. * Solid programming logic knowledge. * Analytical capability and ability to solve technical problems. * English fluency, both written and spoken. * Adaptability to dynamic environments with frequent shifts in priorities and deadlines. **Interpersonal Skills** ----------------------------- * Strong analytical ability, clear communication, and problem-solving skills. * Ability to work effectively in agile team environments. * Good collaboration with internal teams, clients, and partners. * Aptitude for learning and applying new tools and technologies. * Ability to work within global teams and interact with professionals from diverse regions and cultures.
