### **Junior Business Analyst (CX)** As a Junior Business Analyst for CX, you will directly contribute to building analyses and generating insights that support decision-making and enhance the customer and integrator partner experience at Solfácil. Your mission will be to translate data and perceptions into concrete actions that improve the customer journey. You will be responsible for monitoring and reporting key experience metrics, supporting root cause investigations of issues, structuring and maintaining up-to-date dashboards, and contributing to qualitative research, user testing, and discovery initiatives in partnership with product, marketing, and customer support teams. Your work will be essential in ensuring decisions are driven by data and the customer's voice. ### **Your day-to-day responsibilities:** * Monitor metrics such as NPS, CSAT, Contact Rate, and other CX KPIs. * Support analysis of critical metric fluctuations and propose initial hypotheses. * Collaborate on measuring the impact of new features, campaigns, and initiatives. * Support customer journey mapping and identification of friction points or improvement opportunities. * Organize and maintain updated repositories of data and insights. * Create visual dashboards and reports for various internal audiences. * Collaborate with stakeholders from Product, Customer Support, Sales, and Data teams. ### **What you need to succeed:** * Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Statistics, Economics, Technology, Communications, or related fields. * Experience with data analysis, experience metrics, or user research. * Familiarity with data visualization and analysis tools (Excel/Sheets, Power BI, Metabase, or similar). * Basic to intermediate knowledge of mapping and collaboration tools (Miro or similar). **Location:** São Paulo/SP – Hybrid model **What you’ll find here:** ️ Monthly balance on the Caju card; SulAmérica Health Insurance plan, featuring an excellent network of accredited providers, reimbursement, and online consultations; SulAmérica Dental Insurance plan; Gympass, allowing you to choose your plan for gyms, pilates studios, crossfit, and more; TelaVita, for mental health care through online psychotherapy; Vidalink, offering discounts and subsidies on medications, plus access to healthy products at discounted prices; Educational incentive program via our partner Único Skill; Parental leave: 180 days for mothers and 20 days for fathers to dedicate themselves to the arrival of their baby.
