Senior Test Analyst

**Job Summary:** The daily work of a Systems Test Analyst at an insurance company is dynamic and challenging, playing a fundamental role within the IT team and business strategy. This professional ensures that technology and processes align with the company's objectives and customer expectations, playing a central role in the success of IT projects. **Responsibilities:** * Collaborate with the team to ensure successful project delivery meeting the final objective * Actively participate in project/process management, ensuring projects are delivered on time and with quality * Provide training and support to end users of IT systems, ensuring they know how to effectively use new technologies and features * Maintain focus on customer needs and expectations when proposing technological solutions in an agile manner, with exceptional quality and sustainability for the business **Requirements:** * Experience in manual and automated testing (functional, regression, and exploratory) using tools such as Selenium and Cypress * Hands-on experience in designing and executing BDD tests * Knowledge of SQL, integration validation, and Tableau dashboard certification * Familiarity with Insurance ERP systems and the I4PRO system * Experience in test documentation, defect management, and quality assurance * Familiarity with agile methodologies, code versioning, and software development lifecycle * Ability to collaborate with technical and business teams in defining acceptance criteria * Strong communication skills, analytical mindset, and attention to detail * Availability to work in a hybrid model (1 day/week onsite) in the Cerqueira César region — São Paulo/SP **Your Journey to Becoming a Fiver:** To get to know each other and determine whether we can build incredible solutions together, we follow a path where, at each step, we share part of our story: * Resume screening; * Conversation with the Human Resources team; * Technical interview with team leaders; * Final interview with the client. *And now, what story would you like to tell?* **About Us, Fivers:** We believe data is the fuel for transforming companies and people.
