Job Summary: This role involves laboratory organization, industrial testing monitoring, result analysis, report writing, and prototype development. Key Highlights: 1. Report writing, product specification, and prototype development. **Position Summary** Location: Araras\-SP Department: Application Group Reports to: Application Group Coordinator **A Day in the Life of...** Laboratory organization and inventory control of materials for the Application Group. Industrial testing monitoring. Critical analysis of results, including hypothesis validation or rejection. Report writing, product specification, and general documentation. Creation and updating of material codes and product recipes in SAP system. Laboratory prototype preparation. Organization of product tasting sessions. Collection, preparation, and shipment of product samples for laboratory analysis, Global approval, and other purposes. Participation in project management meetings. **What Will Make You Successful?** Must be currently enrolled in an undergraduate program in: Engineering (Chemical, Materials, Food, Production, etc.) Food Science Chemistry Quality Management Proficiency in Microsoft Office and basic English required
