We are proud of our history, focused on the present, and boldly building the future. **Responsibilities and duties** * Perform administrative tasks in the fiscal area, consolidating information from factories in accordance with internal standards and applicable legislation. * Record service invoices issued by factories, entering and/or verifying entries of data contained in input invoices; * Guide the team responsible for these entries on the proper procedures for the fiscal area. * Calculate taxes due on a monthly basis and prepare documents for payment, issuing tax collection slips and withholding declarations while complying with legal requirements. * Prepare reports and documents related to tax obligations, transmitting information to state authorities. * Gather information and documents to support audits, when required. * Monitor changes in legislation and implement necessary adjustments per guidance from immediate supervisors and headquarters analysts. * Be responsible for archiving fiscal documentation. **Requirements and qualifications** **Education:** Pursuing a degree in Business Administration, Accounting, or related fields; **Experience** in the Fiscal area, invoice entry, invoice recording, and related activities. **Residence in São Paulo \- SP** **Additional information** **Because we love people here, check out our benefits when you join the team:** * Here, you may use your meal allowance as you see fit—distribute the amount between Meal Voucher and Food Voucher, or choose just one.
