Transparency in all our actions and communications. **Responsibilities and Duties** * **Ticket Handling:** Manage the primary IT ticket queue, triaging and resolving requests related to equipment, systems, and access. Dispatch tickets to Level 1 and Level 2 support queues\. * **SIM Card Management:** Responsible for registration, dispatch, and control of corporate SIM cards. * **Equipment Management:** Oversee equipment inventory, ensuring stock control and local user support; prepare, ship, and collect equipment via mail; prepare delivery, return, and equipment accountability documents; install software; and prepare equipment for new users. * **Access Provisioning:** Support granting access to systems, Authenticator, and standard corporate tools. * **Asset Inventory:** Update and manage asset inventory in the GLPI system (recording equipment entries, exits, and movements). **Requirements and Qualifications** * Completed high school education; * Technical course preferred; * Undergraduate studies in progress in IT or related fields is a plus; * Prior experience in IT support and user assistance; * Basic knowledge of ticket management systems (GLPI); * Familiarity with software installation and equipment configuration; * Knowledge of Active Directory, access provisioning, and password resets; * Knowledge of peripheral and printer installation; * Knowledge of hardware and maintenance of notebooks and desktops; * Familiarity with Google tools (a plus). **Additional Information** **Regarding benefits, we offer:** * Meal allowance; * Food allowance; * Transportation allowance or Mobility Assistance; * Health insurance; * Dental insurance; * Gympass; * Complimentary internet plans; * SESI partnership; * Educational partnership; * Day Off; * **Working hours:** Monday to Thursday, 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM; Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM * **Work location:** Rua Mato Grosso, No. 224, Barro Preto \- Belo Horizonte Nice to meet you — we are Brasil TecPar! **For over 30 years**, we have pursued the exciting mission of simplifying life through technology and connectivity, **transforming Brazil’s digital future.** We are a diverse team of tech-passionate talents united by our commitment to creating impactful solutions that improve people’s lives across the country.
