A dynamic environment focused on security and attention to detail. **JOB DESCRIPTION** A well-established national company experiencing continuous growth is seeking a professional to monitor alarm and CCTV (closed-circuit television) systems. The candidate will be responsible for ensuring the safety and integrity of our clients by monitoring alarms and CCTV, as well as taking immediate action in emergency, intrusion, or panic situations. **RESPONSIBILITIES** · Monitor alarms in real time and handle events; · Provide customer support; · Support technicians (programming alarm control panels); · Generate and close service orders in the system; · Respond to internal and customer emails, whenever necessary; · Monitor cameras; · Detect technical issues with cameras and alarm systems; · Prepare daily reports; · Arm and disarm alarm systems whenever necessary; · Register passwords for alarm and CCTV systems, whenever necessary; · Handle telephone calls, whenever necessary. **MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS** · No experience required; · Completed high school education; · Availability for shift work: We have openings for both shifts — Night shift from 8:00 PM to 8:00 AM, and Day shift from 8:00 AM to 8:00 PM (12x36 rotating schedule); · Basic Office package (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.). **DESIRED SKILLS** · Proactive attitude; · Initiative; · Attention/concentration; · Agility; · Ability to work in a team; · Outgoing/patient; · Strong written and verbal communication skills; · Problem-solving ability, along with planning and organizing tasks; · Ability to work under pressure; · Commitment to confidentiality of sensitive information. **Employment Type:** CLT (Permanent) **COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS:** · Initial total monthly compensation: BRL 2,682.00, potentially increasing up to BRL 3,800.00; · Starting salary: BRL 1,780.00; · Salary adjustments above market average; · Attendance bonus; · Night shift allowance (for those working the night shift); · Initial meal voucher: BRL 600.00 + BRL 100.00 attendance bonus; · Grocery card: BRL 202.67 per month; · Transportation voucher or fuel allowance; · Life insurance; · Hapvida Health Plan — co-payment based; · Hapvida Dental Plan; · On-site kitchen/cafeteria for employee use; · People-oriented company; · Flexibility towards employees; · Night parking available; · 24-hour weekend parking available; · Payment on the 15th and 30th of each month. **WE VALUE OUR EMPLOYEES.** **Here, your professional growth depends only on you!** **If you are proactive, detail-oriented, and committed to security, join our team!** Compensation: BRL 1,780.00 – BRL 3,000.00 per month Benefits: * Medical assistance * Dental assistance * Fuel allowance * Grocery allowance * Life insurance * Meal voucher * Transportation voucher Work location: On-site
