




Job Summary: We are looking for a Customer Success professional to serve as the customer's right hand, ensuring maximum value from our solutions and proactively driving retention and expansion. You will not merely provide support—you will be the customer’s right hand throughout their success journey with our technology. **Your Responsibilities** * **Onboarding:** Conduct initial training for new customers to ensure smooth implementation. * **Relationship Management:** Serve as the primary point of contact, holding periodic *checkpoint* meetings. * **Retention (Churn):** Identify cancellation risks and proactively act to keep customers satisfied. * **Voice of the Customer:** Collect feedback and translate it into improvement suggestions for our development team. * **Expansion:** Identify opportunities for new modules or upgrades within the existing customer base. **What We’re Looking For (Requirements)** * Prior experience in Customer Success or Customer Support (preferably in SaaS/Tech). * Clear, empathetic communication with a focus on problem-solving. * Organizational skills to manage multiple customers simultaneously. **Nice-to-Haves** * Familiarity with agile methodologies. * Residency in **Betim or the metropolitan region**.
