Be responsible for support operations in the Nursing Service’s Support and Materials areas, observing standards and procedures, aiming to optimize controls, ensure appropriate use of material resources, and maintain the quality standard of care delivered. **Shift:** 7:00 PM to 7:00 AM \- 12x36 \- PAR in MARCH **Salary:** R$ 2\.201,64 \+ Hazard Pay 20% : R$ 303,60\. **Benefits:** * Transportation allowance; * Meal voucher or food allowance; * Medical assistance (UNIMED); * Dental assistance (METLIFE); * Educational assistance (Undergraduate and Postgraduate); * Daycare allowance (childcare assistance) of R$ 200.00 (per child) for mothers with children meeting eligibility criteria and aged up to 4 years; * Quality-of-life program; * Funeral plan; * Partnerships with restaurants, Pacheco, psychologists, pharmacies, workshops, and gyms; * Christmas gift card. **Responsibilities and Duties** * Provide direct patient care at all levels of complexity, addressing compromised basic human needs; * Perform patient admission by collecting clinical data and vital signs, prioritizing actions according to clinical status to deliver nursing care; * Carry out prescriptions issued by Nurses and Physicians, observing Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and Technical Protocols (TPs), as well as respective material requirements; * Administer diets via appropriate routes, verifying medical prescriptions and required instruments, observing SOPs and TPs; * Monitor and assess the patient’s clinical status and integrity, maintaining communication channels and documentation with involved professionals; * Perform wound dressings per Nurse’s instructions; * Reposition patients according to service-established routines; * Perform other technical procedures such as: micro-nebulizations; administer oxygen therapy per medical prescription; perform oral, nasal, and tracheal suctioning; perform venous punctures for medication administration; administer specialized medications using infusion pumps; * Perform daily body and oral hygiene for patients, verifying specific prescriptions and instructions; * Measure and record patient eliminations, noting observed characteristics (color, odor, density) per prescription, and reporting possible abnormalities to the physician and nurse; * Alert and support healthcare team members (e.g., nurse, physician, physiotherapist) in cases of clinical deterioration, urgency, or changes in vital signs; * Release beds via the computerized system, organizing them for new patient admissions; * Conduct shift handover at the bedside, prioritizing major patient complications and highlighting use of amines and fluid replacements to ensure individualized, high-quality care; * Transport patients together with the team and accompany patients upon discharge to another department; * Perform scheduled tasks: cleaning and organizing the decontamination area; cleaning and disinfecting reusable materials; requisitioning and returning reusable materials; receiving and verifying patient materials and medications; * Release beds in the computerized system, organizing them for new patient admissions; * Identify bodies in cases of death per service routine; * Control and replenish collective consumable materials, dating and monitoring usage; * Organize the nursing station (cabinets, trays, countertops, etc.), maintaining appropriate hygiene and usability conditions; * Record activities performed during the shift and any incidents in standardized documentation; verify in medical or nursing prescriptions all items used/performed; * Meet pre-established departmental goals; * Participate in outcome evaluations with the nurse, supporting and implementing action plans to achieve departmental goals; * Report to work properly uniformed (white clothing and lab coat; standard uniform for the respective department, fully fastened); * Perform other related tasks of equivalent difficulty level upon request from the immediate supervisor. **Requirements and Qualifications** Completed High School Education Completed Technical Nursing Course Active COREN Registration We are Santa Casa BH and work for a cause: delivering top-tier healthcare to everyone.
