




Job Summary: A sales professional responsible for managing a customer portfolio, negotiating orders, and ensuring brand visibility at the point of sale. Key Highlights: 1. Merchandising implementation and customer prospecting Carry the complete basic kit throughout the entire work shift, ensuring execution of duties within the store; Execute; know the portfolio of alcoholic and non-alcoholic products, as well as the prices and characteristics of each product for customer presentation; Participate in morning meetings, analyzing daily targets to develop the best possible plan to achieve them, customer by customer; monitor, analyze, and evaluate sales trends, suggesting specific actions when necessary to meet established targets; Visit all external customers (Points of Sale) according to the scheduled route, seeking to close sales through negotiation—i.e., obtaining an order under mutually satisfactory conditions; skillfully execute the standard sales routine defined for each channel, completing all steps to ensure DEMP compliance at the POS; Operate and transport the smartphone used for placing customer orders correctly, taking care of its preservation and assuming responsibility for it; Observe competitors’ actions regarding pricing, offers, promotions, visit frequency, and deadlines, reporting findings to your manager so appropriate measures can be taken when necessary; Keep customer registration data for your assigned route always updated to facilitate company-customer communication and minimize the risk of errors; Correctly implement merchandising materials and actively monitor their continued presence, ensuring our brand’s visibility both inside and outside POS locations; Carry the complete basic kit and product portfolio in good condition throughout the entire work shift, ensuring effective customer service; identify opinion-leading Points of Sale with high potential among those served, along with respective development actions; Conduct the closing (afternoon) meeting with the Area Manager to review achieved results against KPIs agreed upon during the morning meeting; maintain positive relationships with POS managers to foster maximum integration and, consequently, greater willingness to achieve volume, activation, and coverage targets; Verify in the system, prior to selling any product on credit, whether the customer has any objections or blocks; Master the calculation underlying your variable compensation, striving for optimal performance aligned with commercial fundamentals; Follow the procedure for material loans, observing regulations related to loan agreements (commodatum) and the customer’s compliance with commercial agreements; conduct customer prospecting and remain attentive to various market opportunities, aiming to increase preference for our brands at POS locations; Respect traffic laws while operating your work vehicle, safeguarding your own safety and that of others through defensive driving and preventive maintenance; Comply with the company’s Code of Conduct and all other applicable procedures.
