Focus on customer satisfaction and logistical organization **What We Expect From You:** * Completed high school education. * Experience in receiving, checking, sorting, and moving goods. * Experience with the SAP system will be considered an advantage. * Prioritization management skills are desirable. * Ability to learn, practice, and consistently adhere to company procedures, standards, and rules. * Availability to work on weekends and holidays. * Customer satisfaction orientation. **A Day in the Life of a Logistics Operator:** * RECEIVING GOODS: + Conducts quantitative and qualitative receipt of commercial and non-commercial goods (equipment, office supplies, etc.), verifying and identifying overall condition, supplier, length, reference, tone, expiration date, etc. + Prepares physical space and necessary equipment for proper receipt, avoiding loss of productivity during inspection. + Records all relevant information about received goods (quantities, apparent condition, expiration dates, etc.) on the inspection report, ensuring quality and preventing losses. + Stores goods at the correct warehouse location by reading the receipt slip to expedite future order picking or delivery. + Labels products missing or defective barcodes and applies security labels to theft-sensitive items, ensuring goods delivered to retail are ready for sale. + Sorts goods according to flow typology—store or warehouse goods. + Releases goods for storage in the Store or Warehouse by contacting the Restocking or Storage team to perform storage (Receiving Slip). + Performs anti-shrinkage actions through rigorous qualitative and quantitative checks on received goods, optimizing vehicle flow in the Goods Receiving yard and ensuring proper handling of material handling equipment (pallet jacks, cages, etc.). + Maintains organized work equipment, tools, and PPE (Personal Protective Equipment). + Safely stacks pallets to prevent damage to property and personnel. + Keeps the receiving area clean and organized to help combat shrinkage and prevent workplace accidents. + Receives shrinkage-validated items from Retail, conducts qualitative and quantitative inspection, and places shrinkage-labeled items in the designated disposal area. + Receives supplier returns validated by Retail, performs qualitative and quantitative inspections, and schedules pickup. + Receives shipments for Technical Support, conducts qualitative and quantitative inspections, and schedules pickup. * PICKUP AND HOME DELIVERY: + Separates RSS (Reserve Stock), identifies products, and informs the Commercial Department of the separation. + Assigns physical locations for goods and maintains rotating inventory based on the RSS product list. + Delivers goods to customers promptly and courteously, loading them into the customer’s vehicle. + Sorts and inspects goods, verifying all items listed on the issued order, and makes them available for customer pickup at the Goods Pickup Area or for carriers (home delivery). * RESTOCKING: + Restocks products in the store appropriately. * INVENTORY MANAGEMENT: + Stores and ensures inventory quality and reliability. + Reviews daily orders generated by the Commercial Department, analyzes required data consistency in orders (addresses, phone numbers, delivery dates, references, availability, etc.), organizes orders chronologically, and releases them for billing. + Provides telephone customer service regarding delivery timelines. + Informs the Logistics Supervisor of any issues involving the sorting team, operations, or products. + Assists the Logistics Supervisor in smooth warehouse addressing operations (setup, rotating inventories, etc.). + Handles daily processing of canceled RSS orders. + Records shrinkage incidents identified during goods sorting. + Maintains good relations and serves as the liaison with third-party carriers. + Collaborates with the Customer Service team to proactively address potential goods-related issues. + Reports goods-related incidents to the Logistics Supervisor and/or Logistics Manager. + Serves as the primary contact for the Goods Pickup Counter. + Is responsible for their work equipment. + Adheres to safety regulations.
