This position is ideal for someone who enjoys selling, works well with targets, has the energy to lead the team daily, and understands that results stem from presence, discipline, quality service, and consistent follow-up. As Kiosk Manager, you will be responsible for leading the sales team, monitoring KPIs, ensuring Chilli Beans service standards, organizing daily operations, and achieving commercial targets. **Main Responsibilities:** * Lead, guide, and develop the sales team; * Monitor targets, conversion rate, average transaction value, and individual performance; * Ensure high-quality service and positive customer experience; * Organize staff scheduling, daily routines, opening, and closing procedures; * Maintain the kiosk organized, fully stocked, and compliant with brand standards; * Actively participate in sales to set an example for the team; * Use controls and metrics to make daily operational decisions. **We Are Looking For Someone With:** * Sales experience; * Experience in leadership or team management; * Strong communication skills and professional demeanor; * Responsibility regarding working hours, scheduling, and mall routine; * Maturity to handle pressure, targets, and accountability; * A determined, organized, and results-oriented profile; * Availability to work mall hours, including weekends and holidays; * Basic/intermediate Excel knowledge is a plus. **What We Value:** Individuals with initiative, commitment, desire to grow, sense of responsibility, and passion for service and sales.
