Job Summary: A professional responsible for monitoring and scheduling vehicle maintenance, assisting with route planning, managing inventory, and negotiating with suppliers to optimize fleet management. Work in an operational environment with comprehensive benefits. #### **Responsibilities** * Monitor and schedule preventive and corrective maintenance to ensure vehicle availability and compliance. * Assist with route planning and optimization of routes, seeking efficiency and reduction of operational costs. * Conduct inventory of vehicle equipment and accessories to ensure organization and asset control. * Communicate\-with suppliers and repair shops for service quotations and scheduling, negotiating deadlines and pricing. #### **Requirements** * Completed high school education; technical course in Logistics, Administration, or related fields is desirable. * Proven prior experience in administrative routines, preferably related to fleet or logistics management. * Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel for creating and managing spreadsheets and reports. * Familiarity with fleet management systems. * Basic knowledge of automotive mechanics for identifying common issues and scheduling services. * Valid Brazilian National Driver's License (CNH) Category B. #### **Skills** * Excel * Fleet Management Systems * Document Control * Basic Route Planning * Operational Cost Analysis * Vehicle Maintenance (basic knowledge) ### **Employment Type:** CLT ### **Benefits:** Meal Voucher, Transportation Voucher, Health Insurance, Dental Insurance, Life Insurance, TotalPass ### **Department:** Operations
