We welcome individuals who can add value to our team, regardless of nationality, race, gender, age, sexual orientation, religion, disability, or any other differences. **Join us on this journey to provide food for the world!** **Responsibilities and Duties** * Perform activities assigned during your shift, analyzing information provided in operational instructions; guide factory operations activities; monitor specific production process indicators; assess final product quality standards; evaluate equipment maintenance needs; ensure compliance with safety and environmental parameters; and prepare daily incident reports—all to meet production targets within established standards; * Operate the mixing unit and loading operations, ensuring full safety during the mixing and dispatch of finished products. * Monitor performed activities to ensure consistent operational standards and effective information sharing across shifts in each industrial unit; control and comply with internal regulations and occupational safety rules, as well as proper use of PPE, during task execution; * Maintain cleanliness and organization of the workplace, and ensure proper care and storage of tools and equipment under your responsibility; * Be responsible for maintaining cleanliness, hygiene, and environmental conditions in the production area, adhering to specific procedures and scheduled times for task execution; * Contribute to quality improvement programs for products, services, and the environment; comply with internal and occupational safety regulations; * Conduct safety, health, environmental, and quality dialogues; * Support dissemination of the organization’s mission, values, and changes in work philosophy through communication, awareness-raising, training, refresher courses, and persuasion of team members. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Completed High School education; * Work schedule: Shift-based; * Willingness to reside in Serra Salitre, Patrocínio, or Araxá. **Additional Information** **WE HAVE MANY BENEFITS WAITING FOR YOU HERE** **Health insurance plan for employee and dependents** **Dental insurance plan for employee and dependents** **Life insurance** **Meal allowance or meal voucher for your daily needs** **On-site cafeteria (subject to location)** **Maternity leave of 6 months (Citizen Company Program)** **Paternity leave of 20 days (Citizen Company Program)** **We offer a special Support and Care Program for employees and their families** **You will have access to a physical activity platform: Wellhub** **Education and Language Program (per company policy)** We invite you to become part of a dynamic and talented team where you can develop your skills and grow professionally.
