Focus on teamwork, innovation, and excellence. * Responsible for executing and controlling operational billing, ensuring that products resulting from the industrial process are billed accurately, in compliance with tax regulations, and synchronized with production and dispatch. **Responsibilities and Duties** * Monitor and reconcile billed volumes versus dispatched volumes. * Collaborate with Production Planning and Control (PPC) to validate quantities to be billed. * Understand and apply billing rules for by-products, scrap, or co-products resulting from the industrial process. * Analyze and account for line breaks or damages, adjusting billing as necessary. * Maintain digital or physical files of invoices and supporting documents (cargo manifests, transport waybills). * Assist in tax audit processes; identify and optimize improvements for the billing area. * Monitor and record transport waybills. * Prepare basic consolidated billing reports, by customer, by product line, or by manufacturing unit. * Assist in sales reconciliation (billing vs. accounting vs. collections). * Provide support to the commercial area and collections department by supplying documents and clarifications regarding billed items. * Identify and report discrepancies in processes affecting billing. * Process merchandise returns (credit or debit notes). Assist in the monthly closing of billing targets. * **Requirements and Qualifications** **Academic Background (required):** Bachelor’s degree in Administration, Logistics, Finance, or related fields; currently pursuing or recently graduated in Accounting, Administration, Economics, or Production Engineering.
