Job Summary: Manage HR department processes, ensuring legal compliance, efficiency, and continuous improvement for employees and the company. Key Highlights: 1. Proposal of improvements and automation in HR department processes. **Job Mission** Ensure excellence and compliance of HR department processes by acting analytically and proactively in operational management, guaranteeing adherence to labor legislation and promoting continuous improvements that deliver efficiency, innovation, and security for employees and the company. **Main Responsibilities** * Manage and verify payroll processes jointly with the accounting department, ensuring consistency of information sent and received. * Analyze payroll, labor charges, benefits, and provisions data, identifying inconsistencies and improvement opportunities. * Serve as the focal point for interfacing with external accounting (sending information, validations, and tracking requests). * Administer and monitor onboarding, offboarding, and contractual processes (CLT and service providers/PJ). * Control and execute vacation, termination, leave-of-absence, and other labor-related procedures. * Manage electronic timekeeping systems, ensuring compliance with legislation and guiding managers and employees. * Process benefit requests, enrollments, cancellations, and adjustments (transportation allowance, meal/food allowance, health insurance, among others). * Ensure organization, control, and validity of labor documents, including signature collection and file management. * Support Occupational Health and Safety processes, ensuring: + Control of occupational medical examinations (pre-employment, periodic, termination, etc.) + Management of statutory deadlines + Tracking of mandatory training * Ensure compliance with labor legislation and internal policies. * Support internal and external audits related to the HR department. * Propose improvements and automation in HR department processes, driving innovation and efficiency gains. * Support the HR team in operational and strategic initiatives related to the employee journey. **Requirements** * Currently pursuing a bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, Accounting, or related fields. * Prior experience in HR department routines. * Knowledge of labor legislation (CLT) and HR department routines. * Experience analyzing payroll and labor charges. * Experience managing electronic timekeeping systems. * Experience managing documents and onboarding/offboarding processes. **Preferred Qualifications** * Experience with the Sólides system or similar HR systems. * Experience working with technology companies or dynamic environments.
