Support for operational and administrative requests of the department Risk Analysis Internship Dom Pagamentos is seeking an intern to support the operational team in routines related to chargebacks and dispute monitoring. We seek an organized, detail-oriented, responsible individual with ease in handling operational and administrative processes. Main Responsibilities: * Manually upload chargeback dispute documents to the Pagar.me dashboard; * Monitor the chargeback alert system; * Handle cases where refunds do not occur automatically, performing manual follow-up; * Document organization and verification; * Support for operational and administrative requests of the department. Requirements: * Currently enrolled in Administration, Law, Business Management, Technology, or related fields; * Organizational skills and attention to detail; * Proficiency with systems and platforms; * Strong ability to track processes and deadlines. Preferred Qualifications: * Basic knowledge of payment methods; * Experience with administrative or operational routines; * Familiarity with digital platforms.
