Job Summary: An Automotive Service Consultant serves as the liaison between the customer and the workshop, responsible for customer service, vehicle diagnosis, consultative sales, and service management—ensuring customer satisfaction. Key Highlights: 1. Consultative customer service and vehicle diagnosis. 2. End-to-end service management, from quotation to after-sales. 3. Optimization of workshop time and revenue. Customer service at the workshop and vehicle checklist execution. **Main Responsibilities:** * **Customer Service:** Greet customers, attentively listen to their needs and vehicle-related concerns, and build a relationship of trust. * **Diagnosis and Quotation:** Analyze symptoms described by the customer, perform verification checklists (mechanical, electrical, etc.), and convert issues into detailed work orders for technicians. * **Consultative Sales:** Identify additional needs (e.g., oil, filters, inspections) and sell services and parts, focusing on optimal cost-benefit for the customer. * **Service Management:** Create Work Orders (WOs), order parts, monitor technicians’ work, and ensure adherence to quality standards. * **After-Sales and Warranty:** Handle complaints, approve warranty and reconditioning services, and ensure final customer satisfaction. * **Administrative Tasks:** Invoice services, maintain customer records in systems, and organize vehicle workflow. JOB REQUIREMENTS * Technical automotive knowledge (mechanical, electrical). * Strong communication and active listening skills. * Proactivity and strategic vision to identify issues and propose solutions. * Organizational and time-management skills to handle multiple customers. * Conflict-resolution ability and capacity to manage expectations.
