Senior Systems Analyst

Description

We are seeking a professional proficient in the software development life cycle (SDLC). This analyst will serve as the bridge between business needs and technical execution, responsible for designing robust Java/Angular solutions, ensuring technical quality, and leading delivery flow using agile frameworks (SCRUM and KANBAN) and PMBOK practices, including roadmap management. **Responsibilities and Duties** **Key Activities:** * Plan and manage projects, ensuring timely delivery and quality of deliverables; * Facilitate Scrum and Kanban ceremonies, removing impediments and engaging the team around agile principles; * Develop analytical performance reports and present periodic committee meetings to stakeholders, providing visibility into risks, dependencies, and progress; * Identify business scope and translate it into technical specifications, diagrams, and data models; * Define implementation strategy across Java and Angular ecosystems, ensuring scalability and security of the architecture; * Resolve critical technical incidents and ensure system stability in staging and production environments; * Maintain up-to-date technical documentation using **UML, BPMN, and ER** (Entity-Relationship Model); * Ensure end-to-end traceability of requirements from elicitation through final acceptance; * Promote process transparency, ensuring visibility and alignment among stakeholders; * Optimize product delivery flow by eliminating bottlenecks and increasing process efficiency; * Monitor bug and incident resolution, ensuring squads meet established SLAs; * Ability to seamlessly navigate between technical and business discourse; * Commitment to deadlines, performance, and excellence in delivery; * Skill in mediating conflicts and facilitating resolution of complex impediments. **Requirements and Qualifications** **Education:** * All academic backgrounds are welcome! **Expected Competencies:** * Project planning and management, including deliverable tracking, deadline management, and schedule monitoring; * Organization and facilitation of executive committees, with ability to structure and present status reports (progress, risks, dependencies, and replanning); * Agile and traditional methodologies, especially Scrum, Kanban, and PMBOK; * Impediment management and facilitation, supporting team fluidity and resolution of blockers; * Authoring Functional Specifications and User Stories; * Solid hands-on experience with Java and Angular; * Proficiency in SQL (relational databases) and familiarity with NoSQL; * UML, BPMN, and system modeling tools; * Software Architecture, Information Security, and QA (Testing); * Oversight of specification and acceptance processes, including tracking pending items with respective stakeholders; * Agile principles, promoting team engagement and alignment; **Preferred Qualifications:** * Certification in Sparx Enterprise Architect. **Additional Information** **LEARN ABOUT OUR BENEFITS** **Some of our benefits are flexible, allowing you to allocate them according to your needs, interests, and life stage.
