And to complete this team, we’re missing only **you!** **Responsibilities and Duties** * Collaborate closely with development and product teams to ensure delivery quality throughout the entire development lifecycle; * Plan, design, and execute test scenarios and cases (functional, regression, and automated); * Develop, enhance, and maintain automated tests for web applications, APIs, and integrations; * Identify, log, prioritize, and track defects to resolution; * Actively participate in agile ceremonies, contributing the quality perspective from the initial conception of requirements; * Support defining, implementing, and evolving QA strategies, processes, and best practices; * Perform impact analyses and support validation processes across different environments; * Collaborate closely with developers, business analysts, and other stakeholders to ensure highly reliable and performant deliveries; * Promote continuous improvement of testing processes, product quality, and end-user experience. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Solid experience as a QA / Software Testing Analyst; * Practical experience automating tests using Cypress/PlayWright; * Knowledge of functional, regression, integration, API, performance, and security testing; * Experience with agile methodologies such as Scrum and Kanban; * Experience with test management and defect tracking tools; * Familiarity with source code versioning (e.g., Git) and continuous integration (CI/CD); * Experience testing APIs (e.g., Postman, RestAssured, or similar); * Strong analytical skills, critical thinking, and attention to detail; * Collaborative mindset, with ability to thrive in multidisciplinary teams; * Excellent communication skills, autonomy, and technical influence capability; * Practical experience applying AI tools in test engineering (e.g., test data generation, automation script creation/maintenance, QA process optimization). **Additional Information** **Nice-to-have:** * Knowledge of the Unimed system; * Knowledge of SGU systems. **Benefits of working at NEXDOM:** * Health insurance for you and your dependents (no monthly fee); * Dental insurance for you and your dependents (no monthly fee); * Meal/food allowance; * Totalpass; * Emotional wellness program for you and your dependents; * Life insurance; * Birthday day off; * Tuition assistance; * Remote work allowance; * Transportation voucher; * Parking allowance; * Flexible hybrid or remote work arrangements. **And more:** * A relaxed and friendly work environment; * A culture focused on Innovation, Excellence, Commitment, and Teamwork; A rapidly growing company. * At NEXDOM, we value Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion.
