If this way of working resonates with you, come join us. **What you’ll do:** * Act as a bridge between product/business and technology/engineering teams, translating business rules into clear technical requirements; * Engage with stakeholders to understand business rules and map requirements; * Produce user stories, acceptance criteria, workflows, and diagrams (UML/sequence); * Analyze and interpret source code to assess the impact of changes; * Collaborate with developers, QA, and Product Owners to prioritize and ensure delivery quality; * Support technical estimations and scope definition. **What we’re looking for:** * Extensive experience in systems analysis and/or software engineering; * Practical experience with Java (JDK 8 and/or 21+) including ability to read and interpret code; * Experience with relational databases (Oracle, Sybase or equivalent); * Strong communication, organization, and ability to translate ambiguity into clear requirements; * Proactive and collaborative mindset, with ease in working across multiple teams. **Nice-to-have qualifications:** * Experience writing technical documentation (UML, specification by example); * Knowledge of TDD and BDD; * Hands-on experience with integration testing, troubleshooting, and performance analysis; * Ability to implement minor code adjustments; * Familiarity with tools such as Jira or Azure DevOps; * Use of AI (GitHub Copilot) to support analysis and documentation. **Where you’ll work:** * This is a fully remote position. **Employment modalities** * CLT **Benefits of being a Zallper:** Meal/Voucher Card CAJU multi-benefit card in credit format, offering flexibility for daily use.
