We are seeking a **Data and Process Automation Intern** to join our development team. You will be involved in diverse projects and activities, contributing to data structuring, organization, and analysis; operational routine automation; and internal process optimization. You will develop solutions that enhance efficiency, information reliability, and strategic support across company departments. **Responsibilities and Duties** — **RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES** * Analyze and map processes to identify opportunities for automation and operational improvement; * Develop and implement process automations to increase efficiency, standardization, and reduce manual tasks; * Structure, process, and organize data used in automations, ensuring data quality, integrity, and reliability; * Support the creation of reports and KPIs derived from data generated by automated processes; * Document technical and functional specifications of developed automations, ensuring clarity and ease of maintenance; * Perform manual and automated testing to validate automations, ensuring stability and adequate performance; * Collaborate with end-to-end testing and QA teams to ensure delivery quality; * Monitor and maintain automations in production environments, identifying and resolving potential failures or inconsistencies; * Contribute continuous improvement suggestions based on data analysis and performance of automated processes. **Requirements and Qualifications** — **REQUIREMENTS** * Knowledge of programming logic; * Knowledge of JavaScript for automation development; * Basic understanding of databases and data structures; * Proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets for organizing and analyzing information; * Familiarity with code versioning (Git); * Ability to debug and resolve technical issues; — **IT IS IMPORTANT THAT YOU DEMONSTRATE** * Analytical thinking; * Organization and attention to detail; * Clear and concise communication; * Proactivity and interest in continuous improvement. **Additional Information** **Benefits:** We care about our employees’ well-being!
