We are seeking a **Heavy Equipment Warranty Analyst** to join our team of specialists and work in the after-sales area at our Indaiatuba/SP unit.
**Key Responsibilities:**
The Warranty Analyst will perform technical and administrative management of the warranty lifecycle between the dealership/workshop and the machinery manufacturer (OEM), such as excavators, tractors, off-road trucks, and loaders, acting as the technical liaison to ensure repairs are covered under the manufacturer's warranty, minimizing costs and ensuring customer satisfaction.
* **Warranty Process Management:** Monitor internal and external warranty processes, including creating service orders (SOs) in OEM portals.
* **Technical Failure Analysis:** Analyze service orders, technical reports, and replaced parts to verify whether failures comply with the OEM's warranty policy, while entering relevant data into available systems.
* **Approval and Validation:** Review, approve, or reject service orders submitted by service departments to ensure request compliance.
* **Manufacturer Negotiation:** Interact with OEM representatives for special approvals, failure investigations, and goodwill analysis.
* **Cost Reduction:** Monitor vehicle maintenance status and ensure compliance to maximize OEM reimbursement recovery.
* **Reporting:** Prepare performance reports (KPIs) on average repair time, rejection rates, and recurring failures.
* **Technical Support:** Respond to technical inquiries from internal and external customers regarding warranty coverage.
* **Education:** Currently pursuing or completed undergraduate degree in Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics, Production Engineering, or related fields.
**Requirements:**
* Technical education in the relevant field to conduct potential analyses.
* Prior experience in the heavy equipment sector (yellow line, pavement, trucks, etc.).
* **Tools:** Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (especially **Excel** for data analysis) or OEM portals.
* **Languages:** Intermediate English is a plus.
Compensation: R$3.000,00 - R$4.000,00 per month
