That was only the beginning of a trajectory that has made us a solid market reference and one of the best companies to work for. **Responsibilities and Duties** **RESPONSIBILITIES** Responsible for developing programs to access the database to store and retrieve system information. Provides data to the Front End for display on the user's screen — whether in a browser or on a mobile application. Performs communication with third-party systems via integrations. Creates server-side tasks and manages the software’s intelligence — i.e., the application’s engine. **ACTIVITIES** * Implementing software through coding, including deploying developed systems into the Bank’s environments; * Maintaining software coded in legacy technologies, performing timely and targeted modifications and interventions to ensure availability, stability, performance, and alignment with business needs; * Building APIs to customize integrations; * Documenting delivered software, emphasizing the simplicity advocated by agile methods; * Developing software following test-driven development (TDD); * Designing and integrating databases with other applications; **Requirements and Qualifications** * Familiarity with major programming languages used in back-end development; * Proficiency in object-oriented programming paradigms or functional programming paradigms; * Knowledge of API development and integration customization; * Mastery of code versioning and continuous integration processes; * Database design and integration with other applications; * Application performance evaluation and optimization; * Understanding of best practices outlined in the Agile Manifesto and agile methodologies; * Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology or related fields covering software development, data analysis, agile methodologies, and product development. **Additional Information** **Benefits and Advantages:** * Health insurance; * Dental insurance; * Meal or food allowance; * Benefits club with an extensive network of partners; * Provision of equipment; * Childcare allowance — per the Collective Bargaining Agreement (CCT); In our ongoing evolution, we foster a collaborative, respectful, and accessible environment. **We invest in talent development** and implement practices that optimize and connect diverse technological and innovative aspects.
