Description

**Responsibilities and Duties** * Operate and maintain the process on one or more lines while maintaining cell layout standards; * Perform format changes and accounting adjustments, including production delivery; * Know and operate various and distinct tools/equipment; * Perform maintenance on one's own equipment/process; * Substitute for Assistants in one's cell when necessary; * Manually palletize and depalletize boxes. * Pack new containers into boxes. * Identify pallets using labels indicating expiration date or traceability. * Record relevant operational data (productivity, downtime, machine efficiency, process parameters, etc.); * Ensure quality at the source. * Operate production line equipment under one's responsibility correctly; * Ensure equipment reliability by performing maintenance according to asset management guidelines; * Strictly comply with the required training, development, and certification program for one's position; * Support strengthening the Assistant’s technical competencies for proper use of their tools; * Conduct inspections as defined by team and area; * Replace kits and adjust guides during packaging size setups. * Clean and organize the work area (GMP). * Conduct inspections as defined by team and area; * Prepare the washer and warmer machines. * Feed the production line with packaging materials (caps, boxes, adhesive tapes, * films, labels, glue, trays, tags). * Select, verify, and adjust the traceability system. * Clean the production line, collect and dispose of waste generated during production (boxes, films, straws, tubes). * Perform cleaning and sanitization procedures. * Complete the syrup, premix, and beverage transfer process to the end of filling. * Arrange for syrup and premix delivery to the production line. * Ensure quality at the source; * Strictly comply with the required training, development, and certification program for one's position. **Profile Requirements** * Completed High School education; * Minimum two years’ experience operating industrial maintenance line equipment is desirable; * Completed technical course in Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics, or Food Technology. **What We Offer:** * Meals provided on-site * Transportation allowance Minimum Education Level: Technical Course
