Your main responsibilities Serve and delight customers by presenting products and encouraging product trials; Reinforce product differentiators and benefits through consultative selling; Contribute to customer retention by promoting new launches and promotions; Meet and monitor sales and performance targets (average transaction value, revenue, active customers); Maintain the store environment clean, organized, and properly stocked; Participate in events, training sessions, and initiatives that drive results; Assist with inventory counts, returns, and correct product pricing.
