At Costa Brava, you’ll find an environment that values diversity, learning, and the continuous development of all employees! ***#JoinCostaBrava*** **Responsibilities and Duties** **Position Objective** Support the People & Management department in administrative activities related to reception, facilities, personnel administration, human and organizational development, and provide excellent service to clients and suppliers via communication channels and in person, facilitating the fulfillment of clients’ and employees’ needs. **Activities** Answer client and supplier calls, filter requests, and transfer calls to responsible parties; Receive clients and suppliers in person; Take and relay messages to responsible parties; Request delivery services from third-party providers (e.g., postal service, motorcycle couriers, etc.) and manage delivery deadlines; Receive, process, organize, and distribute correspondence and packages to recipients; Assist in managing and controlling parking permits; Assist in managing and controlling corporate telephone lines and mobile devices; Assist in managing and controlling facilities (e.g., purchasing office supplies, cleaning products, food items, and requesting maintenance services); Assist in organizing internal People & Management initiatives and events (e.g., daily and monthly birthday celebrations, commemorative dates, and training sessions); Request access permissions or revocations for employees and contractors to the corporate condominium; Ensure organization, security, and confidentiality of documentation, equipment, and information under your responsibility; **Requirements and Qualifications** **Requirements and Qualifications** * Currently enrolled in high school (minimum requirement). * Basic Microsoft Office proficiency **Additional Information** * Life insurance; * Transportation allowance; * Meal voucher; * On-site work model; - CB Fruit Station — To facilitate healthy habits for our employees, we provide fresh fruit at our headquarters; - CBirthday — A day off on your birthday to celebrate with family and friends!; Costa Brava Travel & Events has a 35-year success story.
