Job Summary: The professional will perform masonry and concrete work, interpreting project drawings and ensuring workplace organization and safety. Key Highlights: 1. Proactivity and willingness to learn **Responsibilities and Duties** * Perform structural and enclosure masonry work (bricks, blocks, cellular concrete, etc.). * Prepare and apply mortar and concrete. * Perform plastering, roughcast, screed, and surface leveling. * Build formwork for concrete, lintels, relieving arches, bond beams, and columns. * Interpret project drawings, sketches, and technical instructions. * Properly use manual and electric tools required for the role. * Maintain an organized, clean, and safe workplace. * Comply with occupational safety regulations (NRs) and use of personal protective equipment (PPE). * Support other construction site activities as needed. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Proven experience as a mason. * Practical knowledge of masonry and concrete. * Basic ability to read project drawings. * Capacity for teamwork and adherence to deadlines. * Completed elementary education; * High school diploma preferred; * NR-10 and NR-35 certifications preferred; * Basic knowledge of infrastructure installation and cable routing (a plus); * Proactivity and willingness to learn.
