Performs general maintenance and minor repairs **️ Position:** Janitor ️ We are looking for a professional to join our team as a Janitor! **Responsibilities:** Conduct inspections in hallways, courtyards, and building facilities, checking cleaning needs, repairs, and operational conditions of elevators, electrical systems, plumbing, and other equipment; Supervise and ensure hygiene of premises and facilities, guaranteeing the building remains consistently clean and organized ✨; Perform general maintenance tasks, such as replacing light bulbs and fuses, conducting minor repairs, or requesting technicians for major repairs; Ensure compliance with internal regulations, maintaining quiet during appropriate hours and preventing improper use of facilities; Receive, verify, and distribute consumable and cleaning supplies, ensuring proper storage of items; Oversee loading and unloading of goods, preventing theft and irregularities; Perform other duties related to the position as directed by supervisors ‍ ️. **What We Expect:** Discipline and responsibility; Agility and organization ️; Professional personal appearance; Proactivity and initiative. **✅ Required Qualifications:** Prior experience in janitorial services; Residence near the area ️. **⏰ Working Hours:** 12x36, from 7:00 AM to 7:00 PM **Location:** Rodovia Dr. Antônio Luiz Moura Gonzaga \- Rio Tavares \| Florianópolis **Salary and Benefits:** **Salary:** R$ 1\.865,78 \+ 30% hazard pay \= R$ 2\.425,51; Attendance bonus of 7% (for employees with no absences); Meal allowance of R$ 27,29 per day ️ (with 1% deduction); Transportation voucher (with 6% deduction); After 90 days of probation, you will gain access to education institution partnerships, plus health and dental plans.
