Perform cleaning, maintenance, and organization tasks in the condominium's common areas, ensuring clean, safe, and pleasant environments for residents, visitors, and staff. **Main Responsibilities:** * Clean lobbies, hallways, elevators, staircases, parking garages, outdoor areas, and other common spaces. * Sanitize restrooms, party rooms, gyms, reception areas, and other facilities. * Collect trash from common areas and ensure proper disposal. * Restock hygiene supplies as needed. * Maintain cleaning equipment and supplies. * Assist with the overall organization of condominium environments. * Report any irregularities, damages, or maintenance needs to the building manager, superintendent, or administration. **Requirements:** * Completed elementary education (preferred). * Prior cleaning experience, preferably in a condominium setting. * Basic knowledge of cleaning products and techniques. **Behavioral Competencies:** * Organization and attention to detail. * Responsibility and punctuality. * Discretion when working around residents. * Good communication skills and courtesy. * Proactivity.
