Cleaning and Maintenance Supervision: Verify that cleaning is being performed correctly in common areas (hallways, staircases, elevators, garage, etc.). Support the cleaning team when necessary.** **Ensure preservation of furniture, electrical installations, and plumbing systems. ???** **2\. Minor Repairs and Maintenance: Replace light bulbs, fuses, and outlets.** **Check operation of pumps, automatic gates, intercoms, etc. Supervise third-party companies during maintenance tasks (elevators, gas systems, etc.). ??** **3\. Security and Access Control: Monitor movement of visitors, service providers, and delivery personnel. Control access to building facilities. Report incidents to management or building manager. ??** **4\. Administration and Communication: Record incidents in the control logbook. Inform the building manager or administrator about issues. Receive mail and packages, organizing their distribution.** **5\. Staff Supervision???
