Customer service and conflict resolution Hiring an Operational Supervisor with experience in Facilities Management and Third-Party Labor: * Supervise teams performing building maintenance, reception, cleaning, and property security services. * Monitor employee performance and provide feedback to continuously improve service delivery. * Record absences and ensure shift coverage. * Train the team. * Handle customer inquiries and resolve conflicts.
