Evaluate measurement results to ensure reliability of production processes, identifying deviations or failures. Monitor instrument condition; arrange replacements or repairs as necessary. Perform quality control of production processes through precise component and product inspections. Apply technical procedures, internal standards, and metrology-related regulations. Participate in internal and external audits to verify measurement process compliance. Prepare technical reports Research measurement methods and new techniques to improve accuracy. Apply metrology to ensure process and product quality. Interpret statistical data related to measurement. Statistical data analysis (mean, standard deviation, statistical process control). Data processing and report preparation.
