As a **Construction Foreman**, you will serve as the strategic link between the operational team, engineering, and suppliers, ensuring construction projects are executed with quality, safety, and adherence to deadlines. **Responsibilities and Duties** * Oversight and management of vertical construction projects. * Inspection of all activities across the construction site. * Guidance and authorization of teams for assigned work fronts. * Team composition, task assignment, and progress monitoring. * Keeping superiors informed about project progress. * Verification of purchased material specifications; ensuring maintenance, cleaning, storage, and preservation of all materials used on-site; and coordination of foremen, masons, electricians, and other civil construction professionals. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Proven experience as a Construction Foreman. * Ability to read and interpret construction drawings. * Knowledge of construction processes (prestressed concrete structures, masonry, finishing, installations). * Experience in medium- or large-scale construction projects. * Strong leadership and team management profile. * Availability to work in Indaiatuba \- SP. **Additional Information** **Benefits:** * Psychosocial Support Program * Annual Bonus * Birthday Day Off * Collective Holidays * Referral Program for New Clients (0.5% commission on Gross Sales Value) * Referral Program for New Employees (20% of gross salary upon confirmation) * Career Development Plans * Dental Plan * Well-being Programs and Initiatives * Life Insurance * TotalPass ### **Build the future with Pollo Engenharia.** #### **Want to join a company that transforms people's lives and the future of cities?
